This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website (apxgrouphq.com), engage our advisory services, or communicate with us, and how we use and protect it.
What we collect
- Contact and business information you give us — name, business name, email address, mobile or phone number, mailing address, and details about your business that you share when you request a consultation, book an appointment, or become a client.
- Service and billing records — appointments, notes, deliverables, invoices, and payment status. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages — the content of texts, emails, and form submissions you send us, and our replies, so we can keep a record of our work together.
- Website usage — standard server logs and basic analytics (pages visited, approximate location from IP address, browser type). We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To provide, schedule, and bill for our services.
- To send service communications: appointment confirmations and reminders, “on the way” and work-completed notices, invoice and payment confirmations, and replies to your questions.
- To ask for feedback or a review after work is completed.
- To send occasional marketing messages about APX Group services, only if you have separately opted in, and only until you opt out.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and systems.
- To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages for the purposes above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Full details are in our SMS Terms.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate — website hosting, our client management system, our messaging provider (Telnyx), our payment processor (Stripe), and email delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors and authorities when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of APX Group, our clients, or others.
- A successor business if APX Group is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep client and billing records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements (generally seven years), then delete or anonymize them. Website logs are kept for a short operational period.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Access, correction, or deletion: contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days, subject to records we are required to keep.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services and website are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
